Salvatore Davide Executive-Vice President

Miami-raised and Miami born, Salvatore Davide comes from a family whose name is synonymous with Real Estate & Finance; he grew up surrounded by real estate, with both parents in the business. Salvatore G. Davide Sr. founder of Davide & Associates in 1968 & Ana Maria Davide-Webster who founded Davide Realty, Inc. in 1980. Both firms help shape the real estate industry in their respective markets.

The latter being still run today as a Miami real estate firm specializing in luxury sales. Salvatore Davide joined his mother's firm in the early 1990s and rose through the ranks eventually making his mark with numerous luxury sales and rentals throughout the community. He took on many different roles and learned the business from the ground up helping to make him the businessperson he is today.

While family may have laid the foundation for his career in real estate, it is his sharp business acumen and personable, people-first attitude that keeps him among the major players in the industry. Sal has a tremendous knowledge of all aspects of the business.

In 2011, Davide was named Senior Vice-President of Davide Realty, Inc. and together with the company's leadership spearheaded an effort to expand the company base. This included the investments in residential homes for immediate resell for profit (flipping), overseeing the property management division expansion into additional asset classes. Today, Davide has overseen approximately 200 million dollars of real estate sales & leasing in his career.

Active in the community, Davide is a former director and board member of the Florida International University (FIU) Real Estate Council. Current member of the prestigious CCIM, Miami Board of Realtors and a past president of the Miami Chapter of the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers (FAMB). Davide is active with many community-based groups and dedicates his free time to help fight the homeless problem in Miami-Dade County with his support for the Miami Rescue Mission. Sal always finds time for his community.

Davide attended The University of Tampa where he served in the Student Government as a liaison with civic groups. He has been featured in many newspaper articles and was recently (2022) in the Agents of Agents for South Florida. Salvatore is married to Cynthia Davide who also works at Davide Realty and the father of four daughters and six grandchildren where he resides in Miami-Dade County.
